Products and Services available through Age Concern Albury Wodonga Inc.

Age Concern provides services including Home Modifications and Maintenance, Social Support Groups, Social support Individual and Community Development that are funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health, Disability and Home Care (NSW) (DADHC). For those over 65, you can register through ‘My Aged Care’ on 1800 200 422 and ask to be referred to Age Concern.

We provide products and services for the support, wellbeing, education and health of people of all ages and backgrounds. These include Social Support Home visiting Program and Community Visitors - friends for frail older people who may not have family living close by.  For those over 65, you can register through ‘My Aged Care’ on 1800 200 422 and ask to be referred to Age Concern.

We coordinate health and fitness programs including gentle exercise tailored to suit older persons or anyone wishing to improve their fitness the gentle way.

Home Modification and Maintenance Services for people who are unable to undertake these tasks themselves and Centre Based Day Activity Programs.

To access any of these programs you must register with ‘My Aged Care’ on 1800 200 422.  Age Concern staff can assist them to do this.
